Founder Mic was just 16 years old when he discovered his love for chillies on a family trip to Belize. Every table he sat at had a bottle of sauce on it, which he saw as a personal challenge to try every single one. Today, Mic's Chilli offers 12 different sauces ranging from mild to extra hot. All sauces are handmade in Wicklow, Ireland from the finest chillies the world has to offer and contain no artificial flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or other additives.
