Panola Pepper

The Panola Pepper Company was founded in Lake Providence Louisiana in 1983 by Grady "Bubber" Brown - who grew the business which now makes 125 white label brands in addition to it's own range of sauces and chilli products, winning him the US Commerce Department’s Export Achievement Award and Businessman of the Year. They work alongside local farmers to sorce the highest quality chillis. Grady's daughter Kate and son-in-law took over the company and continue to make sauces from fresh mash, and use their skills in fermentation to develop complex and flavourful sauces.
