For 30 years, Rocky's wife, Roberta, has been making hot sauce in their home kitchen. Every week, he would bring some to his workplace in suburban Philly. On Fridays, they had a tradition of setting out a spread of wings, ribs, and other foods for employees and visitors. People from all walks of life stopped by, knowing about their open door policy. While some of these guests were not hot sauce enthusiasts, they gave it a try on wings, ribs, or other dishes. Without exception, they all loved it and Rocky's was born. Butter fuelled goodness this smooth sauce = FLAVOUR!
