Uncle Dougie created healthy, gluten-free food before it was popular. He wanted to make delicious and wholesome food that he could serve to his loved ones without high-fructose syrup or other unhealthy shortcuts. In 1989, Uncle Dougie founded his business in a century-old farmhouse in Palatine, Illinois. He created his signature Wicked Good No-Fry Wing Marinade after being inspired by Buffalo-style chicken wings. Uncle Dougie wanted to make great tasting and healthier wings that celebrate the quality of the meat. After perfecting his recipe, he traveled across Illinois to share his “No Crap” philosophy with everyone and now we're bringing it to the UK!
